Office Administrator – As a key resource within a fast paced planning team you will provide general administration support within planning/scheduling. This role would suit a numerate candidate, good with figures. Full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure all information is updated for reporting.
  • Inputting and updating data on internal planning systems & issuing reports.
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Involvement in customer audits when required.
  • Comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Comply with company reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within an office environment – minimum experience 2 years.
  • Proficient with MS Office including Excel.
  • Logistics experience would be advantageous as would previous knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

This is a maternity Cover role - Immediate opportunity.
