Office Administrator – As a key resource within a fast paced planning team you will provide general administration support within planning/scheduling. This role would suit a numerate candidate, good with figures. Full training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure all information is updated for reporting.
- Inputting and updating data on internal planning systems & issuing reports.
- Updating customer accounts
- Involvement in customer audits when required.
- Comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Comply with company reporting needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working within an office environment – minimum experience 2 years.
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel.
- Logistics experience would be advantageous as would previous knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
