This is a newly created position supporting the rollout of a new scheme for the agricultural sector. The role will act as the first point of contact for farmers across the region, providing guidance and administrative support throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for farmers, providing clear, professional guidance on scheme criteria

Update and maintain accurate farmer registrations

Handle personal and business information in line with confidentiality and data protection standards

Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality customer service

Demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to learn, and support personal development

Promote the scheme and represent CSL at shows and public events

Contribute to wider organisational activities as required
Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

IT Competence with experience using MS Office

Professional with a customer focused attitude
