    Customer Account Manager - Dungannon

    The Customer Account Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of a key customer account, ensuring all orders are processed, produced, and delivered accurately and on time. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to become part of a company that values its people and fosters success from within.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for an engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirements
    • Process customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. 
    • Ensure smooth transition of projects into production
    • Liaise with production and monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
    • Ensure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (e.g. packing lists and delivery notes) is accurate
    • Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines 
    • Ensure all client documentation and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Experience in a customer-focused role, 3+ Years, preferably within Engineering / Manufacturing or Construction industries.
    • Strong administrative skills and order processing
    • High attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and documentation
    • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments 

    Working pattern - Monday to Friday 30 - 40 hours per week.
