Are you great with people, and ready to hit the ground running? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer & Online Orders Assistant to join our a busy IT retail store for a temporary 3 - 6 month position (40 hour week) – and no two days will be the same!
This is your chance to be the face of the business, working directly with customers in-store while also handling online orders. You’ll be juggling customer queries, processing orders, and arranging deliveries – all while providing outstanding service and promoting the latest deals.
- Be the go-to person for customer enquiries – in-store, online, and over the phone
- Provide accurate and timely quotations for products and services
- Review and process all online orders each morning using Sage Software
- Check stock levels and arrange deliveries with the internal driver team
- Carry out inventory counts and flag any stock issues
- Promote new offers and keep customers in the loop with current promotions
- Use your product knowledge to guide customers to the perfect purchase
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong IT skills – you’ll need to be comfortable using systems and software daily
- Customer-facing experience – you enjoy helping people and making tech accessible
- Experience with Sage is a big plus
- Great communication and organisational skills
