We are seeking an Administrator to support engineering teams and oversee procurement-related tasks. This role will ensure the smooth operation of engineering administrative functions, while also coordinating the sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of materials and components necessary for engineering projects and operations.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineering departments
- Liaise with Engineers regarding parts requested and consumed
- Assemble best costs from suppliers
- Supply quotations to customers
- Processing Invoices
- Track shipments and follow up on outstanding orders.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 2–4 years in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
- Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers in an office environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
