We are looking for a practically minded sales representative to actively engage with existing customers and establish new accounts. Providing appropriate solutions for customers you with have a background in either engineering, mechanical or agricultural sectors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer queries
- Reach out to customer leads
- Liaise with Goods-In about promotions
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative OR a trade counter background OR a hands on background within Engineering / Mechanical or Agricultural industries with a keen desire to forge a career in sales and customer service.
- Highly motivated and target driven
