We are seeking a Lettings Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Dungannon area. You will be responsible for managing the full lettings process, ensuring legal compliance, and providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. This role combines administrative duties, customer service, and property management expertise to ensure smooth operation and high occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market properties to prospective tenants through various platforms.
- Conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
- Vet potential tenants, including referencing and background checks.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, inventories, and related documents.
- Ensure properties comply with current regulations
- Arrange maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Handle tenancy renewals and rent reviews.
- Maintain accurate property records and tenancy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lettings and property laws.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential lettings and property management is preferred however training can be provided providing you meet the following criteria.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service and office administration experience is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
