We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Marketing Specialist to take ownership of all marketing activities for a leading distribution and manufacturing company. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing efforts to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales. From digital campaigns and social media to trade shows, catalogues, and e-commerce — you’ll be involved in it all.
With a brand-new website launching in October, this is a pivotal moment to join and shape how customers experience the business online and beyond. You will play a central role in the redevelopment, optimisation, and ongoing management of the website, including copywriting, booking funnel performance, and content updates.
This stand-alone role is ideal for someone with solid experience, creative flair, and the confidence to run with ideas while managing campaigns from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of all marketing initiatives.

Manage the upcoming website launch, redevelopment, and ongoing optimisation.

Write and edit compelling copy for the website, product pages, landing pages, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.

Coordinate with designers, developers, and third-party vendors.

Drive digital marketing efforts including TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

Coordinate the production of printed marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and flyers.

Plan and coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance, including ROI and e-commerce metrics.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role.

Proven ability to manage marketing activity independently with a hands-on approach.

Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, website management, and content creation.

Experience with e-commerce marketing, including booking funnels, SEO, and analytics.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, customer-focused content.

Creative mindset with a commercial focus.

Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and MS Office.

Knowledge of the construction or engineering industry is a plus, but not essential.
