This is a hands-on Operations Manager role responsible for integrating and improving retail, production, warehouse and logistics functions through strong leadership, supervisor development, KPI management, process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations across retail, production, warehousing and logistics.
- Lead, coach and develop supervisors.
- Set, monitor and review KPIs across all operational areas.
- Maintain KPI tracking systems and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement through data and performance management.
- Document and standardise operational processes.
- Identify gaps in staffing, skills, processes or resources and implement solutions.
- Maintain compliance with all driver qualifications, permits and legal requirements.
- Manage vehicle servicing and roadworthiness.
- Oversee route planning and on-time delivery performance.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple operational departments across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, transport, retail
- Proven leadership of supervisors
- Process mapping and continuous improvement capability.
- Strong health & safety knowledge.
