Production Manager – Night Shift
We’re recruiting for a Production Manager to lead night shift operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
You’ll take full ownership of shift performance, leading a team of around 20 operatives, supervisors, and team leaders to deliver on production, quality, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the night shift and production schedules
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to drive performance and engagement
- Deliver against key operational KPIs
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
- Keep the site audit-ready and support BRC standards
- Work closely with maintenance to minimise downtime
- Provide a strong, visible presence on the shop floor
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years' experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment preferably within the food production sector
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and quality standards
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
