- Ensuring Customers enjoy a great customer experience in store
- Gaining an understanding of customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale
- Handling telephone enquiries from customers
- Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process
- Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls
- Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate
- General administration duties
- Assisting with returns
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing when customers are in store
- Assisting with putting new products on display
- Ensuring Price tickets are kept up to date on all items in the showroom
Essential:
- Previous Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries
Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Saturday (with one day off during the week)
