We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support a sales team and help streamline the sales process. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative duties, sales reporting and coordination between departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow that enhances customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer Information
- Collate and analyse sales figures and prepare reports based on performance
- Communicate important customer feedback internally.
- Schedule customer promotion dates and keep price lists updated
- Support new product launches and track launch performance
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Attend trade exhibitions and events
- Make travel arrangements for the sales team
The role can offer remote working of 1 day per week. Normal working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Required Skills
- At least 2 years proven employment experience as an administrator within a sales or customer focused office environment
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and IT systems.
