Sales Advisor
We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Advisor to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role suits someone who connects easily with people, uses sound judgment, and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service and closing sales.
What you’ll be doing:

Creating a positive and engaging in-store customer experience

Understanding customer needs, recommending the right products, and converting enquiries into sales

Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone

Keeping the internal stock system accurate and up to date
-
Updating customers on their order status throughout the purchase journey

Logging customer issues and arranging service calls where required

Liaising with suppliers to arrange replacements when needed

Supporting general admin tasks and processing returns

Keeping the showroom clean, organised, and visually appealing

Assisting with product displays and ensuring pricing is accurate and current
What we’re looking for:

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Technical Knowledge of electrical appliances would be preferred but not essential

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
