We are actively seeking a Sales Executive with a strong background in approaching prospective customers, winning new clients and maintaining good relationships with businesses.
- Generate and develop good relationships with prospects.
- Understand customer needs to enable successful product recommendations.
- Undertake reactive and proactive sales activities to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
- Manage all customer interactions and follow-up on all pipeline prospects.
- Ensure highest level of customer support and satisfaction through the sales process.
- Ensure tender/bid/tender updates are completed for monthly meetings
- Assist with quotations for submission to clients
- Liaise and build relationships with Tender & Estimating teams.
Profile of an Ideal Candidate;
- Proven experience in Sales / Business Development - preferably in a B2B environment - Minimum 2 years
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Organised and structured approach to completing tasks and managing pipelines.
- Previous experience within the construction industry or a keen interest to pursue a sales career within this industry.
