Shift Manager – Food Manufacturing (Evening Shift)
The Role:
- Ensure production meets food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime.
- Train and support team members in safety, hygiene, and production processes.
- Drive daily targets and promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Despatch teams.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
- High attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
Desirable:
- Lean/CI experience, IOSH qualification, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm
