Warehouse Operative, who will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are packaged and despatched on time. This position will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction, with the ultimate goal of improving turnaround time on orders and maintaining a high rating from customers.
- Package and dispatch online orders
- Liaise with couriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records on the internal stock system
- Update customer services on order status
- Monitor weekly reports to ensure all orders are processed
- Act as first point of contact for couriers
- Process returns and assist with sales when required
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years experience of working within a stores / warehouse environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident problem-solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
