Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems, including:

Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC) and company policies

Lead regular audits and inspections to uphold internal and external standards

Support health, safety, and hygiene practices across the site

Help train and develop staff to maintain high standards

Manage customer relationships and respond to quality concerns effectively

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
Skills & Experience:

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

Proven experience in food industry quality management
-
Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC)
