Technical Manager - County Monaghan

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a leadership team. If you're passionate about food safety, quality management, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems, including:

  • HACCP programs

  • Food safety training

  • Product inspections

  • SOPs and work instructions

  • Internal audits and compliance checks

• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC) and company policies

• Lead regular audits and inspections to uphold internal and external standards

• Support health, safety, and hygiene practices across the site

• Help train and develop staff to maintain high standards

• Manage customer relationships and respond to quality concerns effectively

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

• Proven experience in food industry quality management

• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC)
