We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy logistics operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring workflow efficiency, team coordination, and high operational standards across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, Motivate and Supervise daily operations across multiple warehouse areas

Work hands-on alongside the team while monitoring performance and meeting targets

Allocate labour to meet changing demands and maintain smooth workflow

Promote Lean / 5S practices and a culture of continuous improvement

Act as the main link between warehouse and office teams

Support stock control using handheld scanning systems (Microsoft Business Central)

Coordinate trailer movements and support cover for the Warehouse Manager
About You
-
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

Practical, proactive problem-solving mindset

Experience using stock control systems
-
MHE experience (Counterbalance, Aisle Master)
